Hi I’m Heather! I’m the Client Operations Coordinator here at Making Investing Personal. I work closely with our team to support both clients and colleagues - whether it's answering calls, processing paperwork, or helping wherever I'm needed.

In my three years with MIP, I've truly enjoyed getting to know our clients and the learnings the ins and outs of the business.  Building those relationships and being part of such a dedicated team has been incredibly rewarding.  I've worked as an administrative assistant in the financial advisory and tax industry for just over five years, and I love being part of a team that helps people feel confident about their financial future.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé and daughter, as well as my two sisters and extended family.
