Hello! My name is Juanita and I began working with the MIP team in February, 2025. Prior to MIP, I worked for over 15 years for a fiber laser company sales office/applications lab.

My degree is in business administration with a focus on real estate/marketing/finance, but I’ve learned the most working with  various people I have supported administratively throughout my career.

When I’m not at the office, I’m usually at home with my husband of 30 years, Terry, and our dogs of 6 years, Stryker & Mylo. We like to stay busy with gardening, and other small home projects. Our favorite days are when our daughter, Savannah, and her significant other, James, come to visit.
